1. By using this website (CHAAMP), you are agreeing to the terms herein. CHAAMP (CHAAMP, LLC) reserves the right to change these terms at any time. All CHAAMP members will be notified by email when these terms change.

2. CHAAMP may change, limit, or discontinue any of the services provided by this site at any time.

4. to add content that is obscene, libelous, offensive, vulgar, or that infringes on any laws
5. to violate local laws
6. to attempt to create unwanted mail or communications to other users
7. to add content that is part of a marketing scheme or affiliate program
8. to user spiders, robots, or scrapers to access this site (with the exception of XML feeds provided for the purposes of syndication)
9. to create multiple user accounts

4. You will hold harmless CHAAMP from any liabilities, costs, or damages arising from your use of the site.

5. CHAAMP is in no way liable for any outcomes which arise from your use of the site.

6. CHAAMP may suspend or terminate your use of the site or your account at any time for any reason.

7. You must be at least 13 years of age to register with CHAAMP.
